How to Redeem Gift Cards and Rewards at Cafe Crisol and Exo

Gift Cards 

We want to share an update about gift cards and rewards as we transition to our new checkout system. From September 1st through September 30th gift cards will continue to work at both Simpson and 6th Avenue. Beginning October 1st, gift cards will be split by location. If you would like to move your balance to 6th Avenue, your can transfer it to a new card. Ask your barista for how to do this. If you plan on using your cards only at the Simpson cafe you don't need to do anything. Rewards

Rewards will continue as usual, but starting September 1st they will accumulate separately at each location. If you sign up for rewards at 6th Avenue in September, you’ll also receive five free visits right away. If you attend the Simpson cafe, you don’t need to do anything. If you'd prefer a punch card instead of digital rewards, those will be available at each location and you may redeem points at both locations with the paper punch card until September 1st, 2026.

As far service, nothing else changes for you - we’ll continue to honor every gift card and reward, and we’ll make the transition as smooth as possible. Thank you for supporting us during this exciting new chapter!
